Wherever you are in your pole journey, we’ve got you covered! From beginner moves, to expert flips, tumbles, and regrips, from conditioning to choreo, we will help you reach new heights.

Pole 101

Never tried pole dance before? This teaser class is a great place to start. Learn about pole dance and try your first couple spins after a warm up. This class goes over the basic holds and prepares you for taking the next step. Bring water, comfortable clothes, and a can do attitude!

You can attend this class as many times as you like before moving to Pole 1, at least once is recommended but not required. Starting with Pole 1 will be a faster paced class, still beginner friendly!

Pole 1

Your pole journey starts here, learn the basics of pole dance techniques and strength training. You will learn how to spin, climb, and move fluidly around and with the pole. Building strength and confidence while preparing for inverting.

Pole 2

For individuals who are able to hold themselves for at least 2-3 seconds on each side and have a solid fan kick. Here since you have comfort with fundamental spins and climbs you will learn the basics of inverting and hanging out upside down. More difficult spins, poses, and climbs accompany building the necessary strength for safe inverting. Floorwork and fundamentals have fun new possibilities with your newfound strength.

Pole 3

Meant for individuals who are comfortable with spin pole, multiple climbs, and able to invert reliably. Aerial inversions, leg hangs, advanced spins, and poses with more challenging grip to the pole come together to make fluid combinations. You will begin to find your own unique style as you explore new heights.

Pole 4

For the souls who are comfortable on the pole and in the air. Clients should be able to invert, shoulder mount and be working towards aeysha/cartwheel mount. Here you will learn moves that require fewer points of contact, drops, tumbles, dynamic flows and transitions as well as more extreme strength and flexibility tricks. For the highest-level athlete who can combine strength, power, and flow. Instructor approval required

POLE FUN-DAMENTALS

This is a conditioning class that caters to all levels from beginner to pro with on the pole conditioning. Grip strength, core, upper body and skin conditioning are trained by practicing climbs and inverts. Moves are modified to suit what level you are working at. (Formerly pole strength)

SPIN POLE

You spin me right round, baby right round! For pole 2 and above this class caters to all with fun moves and combos on spin pole. Grip strength, core, upper body and skin conditioning are trained with new climbs and skills. Moves are modified to suit the level you are working at.

Pole Flow

A class focused on floorwork and transitions, explore the fluidity and grace of your motions. Learn new poses and tricks that explore your relationship with the floor and pole. Get ready to come and learn a new piece of choreography every week. The style and music will change, come prepared with kneepads to absorb potential impact of floorwork. Dancing will be done on and off the pole to explore styles and play with new skills. Heels optional.

Heels & Flow

From beginner to pro this class caters to all levels with on the pole and floor conditioning. Learn and review things like body waves, heel clacks, turns and spins around the pole and smooth floor transitions. Ankle stability, core strength, and fluidity are focused on to improve your skills and comfort in heels. Moves are modified to suit what you are working on in this total body workout.

Kneepads are recommended, heels are encouraged

Open Studio (Pole)

For individuals who are ready to explore their apparatus on their own. An instructor will be present for supervision as students warm up, condition and train whatever they have learned in class. Come prepared with a plan of things you would like to work on to best utilize your time. Practices are 90 minutes.

Baby Brunch

Baby brunch is a pre- and post-natal class designed to gently combine open practice and structured exercises. In this class you will work through exercises that are designed to help those who are expecting, have recently delivered or who have tiny humans with them all day. From kegels to deep squats, learn what is safe for you on and off the apparatus as you journey through parenthood.

We understand that giving birth and raising young kids is a challenge, so babies and toddlers are welcome to join with you. Baby brunch is 3 hours long so that you can attend around an unpredictable nap schedule, you are not obligated to stay the entire duration. This class is not a child care class, a parent must be present and watching their child at all times. This class is open to those of all genders and gender presentations.
